Vascular dementia is a disorder of the brain that is characterized by loss and difficulty of memory is caused by problems with the blood vessels that feed the brain and is the second cause of dementia in older adults after Alzheimer's disease and represents 10% -20% of cases of dementia, in the early stages, this disorder causes cognitive difficulties with reasoning and discernment, in later stages, affects memory.
