Sammanfattning:Miscarriage is one of the common conditions that can be found in pregnant women. The 0th abortion turned out to be of spontaneous origin, therefore, as an object of study, most of these abortions were induced. Hypovolemic schok is characterized by a sudden loss of blood volume due to inefficient cellular perfusion, which is one of the main possible consequences in pregnant women with incomplete abortion. The present case study narrated involves a. 26-year-old woman with multiple pregnancies who presents to the emergency department with vaginal bleeding, incomplete spontaneous abortion at 6 weeks' gestation, and hypovolemic shock. It is very important and necessary to provide prompt and effective care, in addition to safeguarding appropriate obstetric behaviors to avoid potentially fatal complications in these patients that can cause death.
