| Streszczenie: | The investigation "Incidence of arterial hypertension in the pregnancy of women aged 25 to 40 years". Pregnancy in women over 25 to 40 years of age is a health problem of the first order, a descriptive study was conducted to establish the causes of hypertension in pregnant women older than 25 to 40 years of morbidity and mortality maternal and fetal. Objective. To determine the incidence of arterial hypertension in pregnant women older than 25 to 40 years. Workers' Health Center Health Unit. Province of Los Rios. October 2018 April 2019. The results of the investigation. 62% instruction makes this a risk factor. Marital status free or stable union 71%, delivery by cesarean section 58%, draws attention to toxoplasma exams, that these pregnant women have not been made these tests that put the health of the mother and child at risk, regarding harmful habits for health a minimum of pregnant smokes 14%, drinks 19% and consumes drugs 5%, affects the product with low birth weight, another risk factor for pregnant women and their product, bacteriuria and arterial hypertension. Need of a Plan to develop induction of prevention on arterial hypertension in pregnant women older than 25 to 40 years, in order to prevent pregnancies with risks, and that allows them to acquire necessary knowledge to change ways and lifestyles. Conclusion. Nursing intervention was achieved better maternal health conditions at the end of pregnancy, especially in the prevention of complications due to hypertension. The intervention was also more likely to obtain a healthy product. |
