Need of a Plan to develop induction of prevention on arterial hypertension in pregnant women older than 25 to 40 years, in order to prevent pregnancies with risks, and that allows them to acquire necessary knowledge to change ways and lifestyles. Conclusion. Nursing intervention was achieved better maternal health conditions at the end of pregnancy, especially in the prevention of complications due to hypertension. The intervention was also more likely to obtain a healthy product.
