Gestión de cartera vencida en el GAD Municipal del cantón Baba período 2022 – 2023.

The main objective of this case study entitled "Past due portfolio management in the GAD Municipal del Cantón Baba during the period 2022-2023" is to analyze the factors that affect the past due portfolio in the GAD Municipal using research techniques to determine the consequences generated by late payments, this case study is also intended to recommend procedures to identify, monitor and recover outstanding amounts, as well as the adoption of measures to prevent and reduce delinquency in the future. In addition, methods were implemented to identify the current procedures that the Municipal Government is implementing in the collection management through an interview with the person in charge of the treasury department, as well as a comparative table to know the degree of compliance of payments by natural and legal persons of the canton Baba, and thus have funding for future projects and thus fulfill the obligation of the municipal government which is to improve the quality of life of the residents of the canton.
