The methodology applied was a basic research, with an exploratory scope based on the systematic model, having the company's employees as the unit of analysis. The techniques used were the observation that allowed to have an approach to the collaborators and a background of the reality they face, the interview evidenced the problems that directly affect and the survey for the collection of information and confirmation of data; the company faces problems of adaptability to change, in addition it lacks a basic structure, which affects its operational efficiency, with the mentioned facts it has been noticed that the workers do not have clear their responsibilities and activities to fulfill according to the position they assume. |
