Nowadays the Internet is a fundamental tool that makes it easier for us to get information, it is made up of a set of computer networks that interconnect with a server, for this connection it can be done using the TCP / IP protocol, This protocol allows secure transmission of data over networks. The internet is evolving day by day and with it everything that is around us, to access we only need a connection to the network, the internet is not only a fun tool we can also perform various tasks, access information and perform different operations as requested by the user. The purpose of this degree proposal is to analyze Connectivity in Network Infrastructure at the School of Basic Education "24 de Mayo" in the Parroquia San Juan in the province of Los Ríos, which will determine the anomalies of the internet service
