To develop an IT System for the Administrative Management of the Subcenter "San Juan", of the parish "San Juan" of the canton I Populate Old man, serious of great it helps for the personnel that works in the unit of health...Dentro de la sociedad el tema de salud es lo más importante para los seres humanos y es tratada de forma especial, el subcentro “San Juan” del Cantón Pueblo Viejo, es una institución que trata muchos pacientes las tareas no se realizan de la mejor manera por la falta de técnicas que faciliten el manejo de la información, la interrupción de los procesos administrativo trae problemas como: Control de inventario, los doctores envían medicinas a los pacientes pero estas no se encuentran en la unidad de salud, el farmacéutico debe contar las medicinas que hay en la unidad de salud generar el informe pero tarda demasiado tiempo en realizar esta actividad. La asignación de citas, el estadístico tarda mucho tiempo en asignarles turno a los pacientes por que debe busca la disponibilidad de los cupos libres para darle una fecha para la consulta médica. Para facilitar la gestión administrativa del Subcentro de la parroquia “San Juan” del cantón Pueblo Viejo, se ha planteado las siguientes interrogantes. ¿Cuál es el beneficio en desarrollar un sistema para la Gestión Administrativa del Subcentro “San Juan”? ¿Qué efectos causan en la atención de los pacientes el desarrollo de un sistema informático? ¿Qué causas provocan el sistema informático en la gestión administrativa en el Subcentro? Se justifica el desarrollo de este sistema informático porque facilitara los procesos administrativos en el subcentro.
