| Samenvatting: | This case study will be developed through the root cause method, which was able to collect information on the administrative management of the Medical Center for Specialties and Family Health CEMESFA, a job where information was collected through an interview applied to the owner of the organization and survey addressed to the workers of the same establishment. The medical center is dedicated to providing general medical consultations and specialties such as; Gynecology, traumatology, diabetology, pediatrics, among others, in addition to having a clinical laboratory and pharmacy; This service helps Montalvina citizens to have their necessary diagnoses or treatments within their own city. The main objective of the case study is to analyze the administrative management of the CESMESFA family health and specialty medical center, to determine the shortcomings within the company from its opening to the present. This case study is directed by the line of investigation of Financial, Administrative, Tax, Audit and Control Management, and guided by the Companies and public and private institutions subline, because the administrative management of the CEMESFA family health and specialties medical center of Montalvo canton, a private company, was analyzed, which allows know their procedures and compliance with the functionality established by the Ministry of Public Health and the performance of their daily activities in the medical center. |
