Summary:This case study deals with the Human Resources Management of the Divino Niño Jesús Type A Medical Center, Pueblo Nuevo Campus, in which an investigation has been able to determine several problems that have led to many patients feeling dissatisfied and in Occasions have allowed them to leave the medical establishment, in this way one of the most relevant ones was announced that allowed us to answer the proposed objective, such as: shortage of personnel hiring, lack of patient care and insufficient training. On the other hand, it is known that within the medical establishment the procedures for hiring personnel are simple, this has caused many patients to feel dissatisfied and insecure due to insufficient training for nurses, in addition, the shortage of hiring of personnel has generated a Work overload causing subordinates to have little communication and empathy towards patients, for which several of these aspects reflect the quality of care for users, which in this case is deficient.
