On the other hand, it is known that within the medical establishment the procedures for hiring personnel are simple, this has caused many patients to feel dissatisfied and insecure due to insufficient training for nurses, in addition, the shortage of hiring of personnel has generated a Work overload causing subordinates to have little communication and empathy towards patients, for which several of these aspects reflect the quality of care for users, which in this case is deficient.

On the other hand, it is known that within the medical establishment the procedures for hiring personnel are simple, this has caused many patients to feel dissatisfied and insecure due to insufficient training for nurses, in addition, the shortage of hiring of personnel has generated a Work overload causing subordinates to have little communication and empathy towards patients, for which several of these aspects reflect the quality of care for users, which in this case is deficient.El presente estudio de caso trata acerca de la Gestión de Recursos Humanos del Centro Médico Tipo A Divino Niño Jesús, Recinto Pueblo Nuevo, en la cual mediante una investigación se a podido determinar varias problemáticas que a conllevado a que muchos pacientes se sientan inconformes y en ocasiones han permitido que abandonen el establecimiento médico, de esta manera se dio a conocer una de las más relevantes que permitió dar contestación al objetivo planteado tales como: escasez de contratación de personal, déficit de atención al paciente y la insuficiencia de capacitación.
