Gestión Administrativa en Área de proyectos del GAD de la Ciudad de Babahoyo

The project area of the Babahoyo Decentralized Autonomous Government has as its main goal to provide its services efficiently to children and adults who have specific characteristics of vulnerability in urban and rural parishes of the Babahoyo canton through the Child Development Centers, also runs a program called Project Families whose function is to help people with disabilities through different activities. It should be noted that the administrators of the companies have to apply techniques and strategies to perform in an absolute way the various activities, the interaction and cooperation of the subordinates must also be promoted. However, the institution executes an administrative management without involving all the collaborators in the processes of the entity, which also generates a negative effect in the area of projects where certain problems arise that directly influence its actions and intentions. He developed questionnaires for internal clients. The purpose of the investigation is to implement and execute thorough, efficient processes and corrective measures in administrative management.
