It should be noted that the administrators of the companies have to apply techniques and strategies to perform in an absolute way the various activities, the interaction and cooperation of the subordinates must also be promoted. However, the institution executes an administrative management without involving all the collaborators in the processes of the entity, which also generates a negative effect in the area of projects where certain problems arise that directly influence its actions and intentions. He developed questionnaires for internal clients. The purpose of the investigation is to implement and execute thorough, efficient processes and corrective measures in administrative management. |

The purpose of the investigation is to implement and execute thorough, efficient processes and corrective measures in administrative management.El área de proyectos del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado de Babahoyo tiene como meta fundamental brindar sus servicios de manera eficiente a niños y adultos que posean características específicas de vulnerabilidad en parroquias urbanas y rurales del cantón Babahoyo a través de los Centros de Desarrollo Infantil, ejecuta también un programa denominado Proyecto Familias que tiene como función ayudar a través de distintas actividades a personas discapacitadas. Cabe destacar que los administradores de las empresas tienen que aplicar técnicas y estrategias para desempeñar de manera absoluta las diversas actividades, también se debe promover la interacción y cooperación de los subordinados. No obstante la institución ejecuta una gestión administrativa sin involucrar a todos los colaboradores en los procesos de la entidad, lo que genera también un efecto negativo en el área de proyectos donde se presentan ciertos inconvenientes que influyen de manera directa en sus acciones e intenciones. Elaboró cuestionarios para los clientes internos.
