| סיכום: | In this case study we refer to customer satisfacion at they hermanos Chimbo hardware store in canto Puebloviejo in the periodo 2023, un perder to analyze customer satisfacion as well as the company has noticed a decrease in buyer Satisfaction, which represents a problema of results in terms of the growth focus that the company projects, poor customer service could lead to losses reflected in a decrease in sales, in addition to an increase in complaints from visitors to sellers. A descriptive and analytical methodological approach was adopted; for the development of the research, a survey was applied as a technique consisting of 8 questions addressed to regular customers with the purpose of deducing the reasons or problem that affects buyers since satisfaction . It is attributed to the customer's feelings of happiness when the service provider meets their expectations. In service management literature, customer satisfaction can be defined as a summary of the cognitive and affective reaction to a service incident or a long-term service relationship. |
