الملخص: | Lettuce (Lactuca sativa), is considered a crop of great importance because it is consumed fresh, the consumption of hydroponic crops has become one of the main keys for the future, because it provides safe and nutritious food, currently it is an excellent alternative for families that live in different parts of the world, mainly those that live in urban areas. The objective of this work was to evaluate the feasibility study to implement the production and consumption of hydroponic crops in lettuce in the San Juan parish, the information was obtained through surveys where it was used as data collection techniques, the survey, interviews, training to the families of the San Juan parish where it was carried out with a sample of 97 families, the formula proposed by Scheaffer was used and the Infostat statistical package was applied for the data processing and the Microsoft Excel program for the tables. Having as a result that most of the Families that live in the San Juan Parish maintain a low level of knowledge about hydroponic crops, both in their production and consumption, after field work in the San Juan Parish, it was It is clear that the inhabitants in general opt for the consumption of vegetables such as lettuce, tomato, cucumber and pepper, therefore, if they can carry out hydroponic crops in vegetables such as lettuce, since this is consumed by 30% of the families surveyed. |
