সংক্ষিপ্ত:Labor inclusion is a topic that generates great stir in the population because it should not exist as such since we all have rights to decent and well-paid work in this research project called labor inclusion and psychological well-being in members with disabilities of the members of the ASODYD association. Whose project aims to determine the incidence among the variables and find a solution to the problem through an alternative proposal to be workshops to raise awareness of the heads of human talent. Psychological well-being plays a fundamental role in the individual who seeks to be included in the workplace, it is common that when a person feels sad or desperate, this feeling greatly influences the emotional and psychological well-being of the person. Labor inclusion in today's world where companies care more about its economy and less about social good, for people with disabilities it becomes difficult to meet the expectations of companies, causing people to feel or manifest thoughts of uselessness due to the obstacles that are found in the workplace
