Sažetak:This thesis project was carried out an investigation of secretarial talent and internal-external communication in order to identify the preferences and needso of the clients of the Ballesteros Vaca, law firm Men and women 18 years of age and older, residents of the city and its surroundingso were surveyed in the same way or with the secretaries of the institution. The elaborated research was descriptive, since with this type of research ito allows us to focus the organization on the treatment and how they reach the client, the measuring instrument was a questionnaire, which was applied to 66 people who requioreo their services and legal advice. The acquired data were then processed, analyzed and expresad in graphical forms and tables to achieve better compression. In the same way we can mention that this project is presenting very clear general objectives that when analyzing the quality of the secretarial talent and the internal-external communication of the organization, an alternative proposal could also be proposed, such as the strategies to which we can outline and help optimize performance inside and outside the company. Very important data about its creation was discovered, the requirement of clients and the lack of secretarial techniques and attitudes could be identified. To conclude this project, a series of conclusions and recommendations were provided on the study carried out in which they are presented in the reference to the institution and information on secretarial talent and internal-external communication in daily work.
