Summary:The subject matter of this final report is based on the family as a motivating factor to improve the quality of learning in students the ninth year of basic education Educational Unit Ricaurte, of the Ricaurte parish Urdaneta Canton of the province of Los rivers in the 2015-2016 school year. Has been raising difficulties in school performance of the student because the family is not contributing as role guider in the educational environment, that is not most of whom they are not working supervising homework of students who have problems in The learning. This is a negative factor affecting student interest in studying because if this is unmotivated will not be able to concentrate in class taking due the lack of knowledge of learning to be transmitted, however a student motivation is family support this can learn and achieve their goals through the efforts of their studies. Therefore research conceptualizing facilitated meet each of the variables were conducted research. Then a documentary and field research to collect data so was true from the place where things are happening, so that they are tabulated, graphed and analyzed using the chi square test.
