The present clinical case was developed with the purpose of applying the nursing process in a 22-year-old male patient with a diagnosis of head trauma, to obtain the patient's information through subjective and objective data that allow knowing the causes that allow know the causes and consequences of this trauma, in order to determine the risk factors and complications and then analyze the patient's results. |

La severidad del trauma dependerá del tipo de la lesión. Arguello (2018). En países desarrollados se encuentra un porcentaje del 40 al 60% de los casos, y el país en vía de desarrollo se encuentra una incidencia del 80% se puede determinar la gravedad de la lesión por medio de la medición de los niveles de consciencia utilizando la Escala de como de Glasgow dividiéndose: Leve (Glasgow 13-15); Moderado (Glasgow 9-12); Grave (Glasgow 9-3). (Valarezo Chuchuca, 2004).
