Riassunto:During pregnancy there are many complications that put both the mother's and baby's lives at risk. Severe antepartum hemorrhage is one of them being one of the major complications that occur during pregnancy due to associated causes such as detachment of the placenta, placenta previa and vasa previa. For this reason, a case study was established in which a 17 year-old patient with severe antepartum hemorrhage was identified at 26 weeks of gestation. The nursing care process was based on direct assistance to the patient's care, and therefore the interventions were developed based on the patient's needs. The result was the creation of a nursing tool based on the Nanda, Noc and Nic. To provide a greater quality care to this type of Ailments.
