Análisis situacional y su incidencia en la gestión pública del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del cantón Vinces

The purpose of the study was to analyze the situation of the public management of the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the canton Vinces, province of Los Rios and to know each of the competences that the department of public management has, it is important since it allows to have clear that attributions has and the type of works that the same one that are carried out in pursuit of the citizenship and of the reaches of its reason to be within institution. This research work was developed taking into account each of the schemes presented being supervised by those who are knowledgeable of the subject that contributed significantly in the development of this research, the institutional analysis was taken into account to see the scope that may have this research and its outcome. The external environment of the institution was analyzed separately, focusing on opportunities and threats, and the different non-controllable situations; the analysis of the internal environment, on the other hand, has the purpose of studying the controllable characteristics of the entity, aspects that facilitated the optimization of strengths and the control of weaknesses. A guide of the situational analysis was applied to improve the environment of the public management of the users of the canton Vinces, it is important to orient in attracting the attention of the citizens being known an organization directed for the service of the citizenship.
