總結:This case study Project includes the analysis and design a system based on Business Intelligence (OLAP Cube), which allows the analysis and design of monthly reports optimally and faster in the Admissions Management area of the Marco Vinicio Iza hospital located in Sucumbíos province, Lago Agrio canton, Nueva Loja city, on Quito avenue Km 4.5. The Admission Management area count with two web systems to introduce the production data of the different areas of the hospital, but does not have analysis tools to process big amounts of data and Excel matrices, it generates a lot of work for the analyst and too much time to develop reports every end of month. The present analysis we tried to provide a solution to these problems, I used qualitative methodology for this research in order to obtain precise data, with the application of an interview to the Admission area manager, where was possible to know more details about the issues when they analyze big amount of data and develop monthly reports. With the analysis and design of an OLAP Cube was possible to check the fact that with the use of a BI tool the hospital will be able to perform analysis and indicators quickly and precise.
