Control de inventario en la ferretería automotriz ‘‘el maestro’’ del cantón Baba en el periodo 2021

The analysis of this case study provides a detailed look at the problems faced by the automotive hardware store "El Maestro" due to the lack of inventory control. Proper inventory management is critical in any company and this is the main weakness of the entity studied, the loss or disappearance of merchandise due to deterioration or expiration affects its profitability. In the development of this case, the impact of inventory on the operations and efficiency of the company was mentioned, to which due importance should be given. allows to know ordered and specified the actual amount of inventory held. The most common method of inventory control and management is to use Kardex. It is mentioned in the development of the present case, the valuation that inventories have in the operation and efficiency of the company; these, these must be evaluated properly, allowing to know the real amount of inventories that is possessed in an orderly and specified manner. The most used method for the control and management of inventories is the use of the Kardex Card, which helps to control the activity, registering their entry, exit and their available balances.
