Riassunto:Regarding the development of the clinical case study, the objective was to develop the nursing care process in a 41-year-old adult with a diagnosis of renal osteodystrophy. The methodology that has been established in this study, it was located in a clinical setting, based on a quantitative and qualitative approach, where the case of a patient with renal osteodystrophy was analyzed where different clinical analyzes were applied based on the results obtained. And in the results, it has been determined that the patient's situation is complex, in which treatment with analgesics was started (paracetamol 1 g orally every eight hours) and, due to low hemoglobin, a transfusion of two units of red blood cells. In conclusion, the 41-year-old adult with renal osteodystrophy can have an effective intervention by implementing the nursing care process, which will improve mobility and reduce pain in the affected limb. This process was based on a thorough evaluation and immediate attention, which which led to rapid stabilization of the patient and a significant reduction in symptoms.
