Gestión administrativa del Centro Odontológico Dental Care de la ciudad de Babahoyo.

In the city of Babahoyo is located the dental center Dental Care its address is Cdla el Mamey 5th street between 3rd and 4th longitudinal, where its activity is to analyze the administrative management that maintains the dental center Dental Care its economic activity is general and specialized dental care in which health problems and dental aesthetics of all ages are treated at affordable prices its organizational structure is constituted as follows the owner manager and two dentists, an assistant, and the surgeon who performs the function of doing outpatient surgeries within the dental office. This case study focuses on how administrative management works, which is a set of coordinated tasks that help to manage the company's resources. In this way, administrative management has always been the most fundamental part of a company, besides being the employees the main reason why the company works, this research is to know the application of the administrative processes that are planning, organization, direction, and control. Once the stage of the analysis of the information of the respective case study was concluded, it was determined that it is important for the dental center to make a good selection of the personnel they hire, since it is important that the people who apply for the position are competent people, with knowledge and skills where they can perform their work efficiently and quickly in order to provide better attention to the patients.
