Esta entidad inició sus actividades el 12 de Junio de 1980 en la ciudad de Vinces en la actualidad este negocio está siendo gerenciado por el señor Edward Montoya y se ubica en la calle 10 de Agosto y Balzar, sitio donde existe un al alto tráfico comercial de la zona. Almacén Montoya es una entidad que se dedica al comercio de telas, tanto al por menor como el por mayor, además de brindar el servicio de asesoría técnica en cada adquisición de bienes direccionados al consumidor final y demás clientes que posee esta entidad a manera de cortesía.
