The creation of knowledge through the use of BI tools, help organizations to make future decisions with greater precision, however, there is a variety of software on the market that must be selected according to the nature of the company, the assigned budget. In this case study, the BI tools Qlik and Oracle BI were analyzed, based on documentary research and information from manufacturers, since due to the lack of computers that meet the hardware requirements, it was not possible to install the software. Therefore, we proceeded to review the characteristics included in the manufacturer's documents and reports from companies such as Gartner Inc., which is an ICT research and consulting company in the United States. After analyzing the reports, it can be concluded that the preferred one is Qlik due to response times, price, among other characteristics. |
