Education is the direct link man society, progress and intellectual growth, where the most difficult task is to start from small inviting all human beings to enter the academic training that will help you stand within the real world of personal relations with all members of their social environment. It is clear that education has been showing different transformations as the years go by and the needs of the environment are becoming more demanding. Taking the man as a box where you could only store information and only until a certain time to have acquired the necessary theoretical information he could be linked to actual practice. Currently in the XXI century Education takes another direction, being a traditionalist education have to build knowledge in humans from an early age, indicating only the guidelines to follow for everyone to develop their own way of learning, using theories like knowledge, the process of learning, the skills must be developed in conjunction with their tutor, who are currently taking another role to simply be a facilitator, guiding, companion almost indirectly in this learning process, as is the proper student who must develop their knowledge, interacting with real environment, focusing only on the next step to reach its ultimate goal, which is certainly cope, learn and beat the competition of the market, that nothing will be easy, because the man as time passes it becomes more competitive.
