Sumario:As an introduction we have that acute bronchitis is considered one of the acute infectious respiratory diseases that is characterized by the inflammation of the airways of greater caliber, given mainly in distal bronchi, characterized by obstruction to airflow and mucus hypersecretion in most of the cases being confused with bronchial asthma, but unlike this the acute bronchitis is given by viruses or bacteria that are established in the respiratory tract. As a general objective it has been established to determine the influence of aerosol therapy on acute bronchitis in children under 4 years of age who visit the Enrique Ponce Luque sub-center of Babahoyo canton, province of Los Ríos during the first semester of 2018. This is an investigation that As a methodology, it has Scientific Observation.- since it allows us to have a direct perception of the research object. It allows us to know reality through the direct perception of the objects of study. Within the results we have made a comparative table where the effect of each of the drugs was compared and where it was demonstrated that the aersoltherapy in conjunction with the pharmacological treatment is the best combination for a quick recovery of the patient. It is concluded that the use of aerosol therapy gave good results but provided this is accompanied by a pharmacological treatment as shown in table 13 of our data analysis, and that the use of aerosol therapy is of vital importance in the treatment of Acute bronchitis, under 4 years old and it is concluded that it should be the main treatment for the recovery of thepatient.
