description	The following case study aimed to analyze the role of women in the radio football story and the experience in Ecuador from 1996 to 2018. In addition to the benefits and prejudices involved in providing sports information specifically football. In society, receiving sports information from women through radio and the different media has become normal, breaking stereotypes imposed by machismo, although there are few radios that have a female figure in their programs or transmissions. Throughout the case study, the basic tasks that women have as a reporter, comercial voice or panelist have been deepened and why they have not yet been able to comment or report a football game in a live broadcast. Subsequently, the way of thinking of sociaty was investigated when they heard a women being part of different sports programs. The thechniques that were used were those of data collection through the survey of listeners of male preference to determine the acceptance that exists in them to know that a woman can relate, comment and comment on football with total arbitrariness

Además de los beneficios y prejuicios que implica dar información deportiva específicamente futbolista. En la sociedad el recibir información deportiva por parte de las mujeres a través de la radio o los diferentes medios de comunicación se ha vuelto algo normal, rompiendo estereotipos que impone el machismo, aunque sean escasas las radios que tengan una figura femenina dentro de sus programas o transmisiones. A lo largo del estudio de caso se profundizo en las labores básicas que tiene la mujer como reportera, voz comercial o panelista y el por qué aún no ha logrado poder comentar o relatar un partido de fútbol en una transmisión en vivo. Posteriormente se indago en la forma de pensar de la sociedad al momento de que escuchen a una mujer formar parte de diferentes programaciones deportivas.
