Sažetak: | We understand that the NAC is a pathology of viral and infectious origin that affects healthy patients, which affects the functional tissue of the lung and is acquired outside the hospital environment, this disease affects more than those over 65 years and under two years. For its diagnosis it is necessary to complement the background with the findings of the physical examination, which are usually suggestive of an acute infectious process accompanied by signs or symptoms of respiratory distress or radiological evidence of a pulmonary infiltrate. Some risk factor such as comorbidities and epidemiological exposure factors have been identified, which increase the possibility of contracting a specific microorganism infection. Its diagnosis should be based both o the clinic and on paraclinical and imaging findings. The problem lies in many households, at the national level Pichincha is the registered the most patients in 2017 with 8,742, followed by Guayas with 5,760, Manabí with 2,688, El Oro with 2,180 and Chimborazo with 1,884, the National Institute of Statistics and Censuses. In Guaranda province of Bolivar at the Alfredo Noboa Montenegro Hospital, one of many cases of pneumonia was observed in the problem is eradicated with the climate of the sector, poor diet and personal hygiene, so that this disease It may be caused by viruses, bacteria or fungi. Socialization through informative talks on prevention, causes and treatment of pneumonia is essential for their understanding and compliance, therefore it is important the collaboration of the Ministry of Public Health, Society and Family in maintaining a joint responsibility in the same. |
