Using as information collection instruments, an interview directed to the owner, in order to obtain information from reliable sources, likewise, a survey directed to the collaborators of the same, with the development of the bibliographic perspective that is based on documentation. academic. According to the analysis carried out, it is concluded that the sales management processes are not applied correctly, which has caused it to not function properly, harming profitability, the advertising image of business services to customers is limited. which has affected customers a lack of knowledge of the existence of the company.
