According to the analysis carried out, it is concluded that the sales management processes are not applied correctly, which has caused it to not function properly, harming profitability, the advertising image of business services to customers is limited. which has affected customers a lack of knowledge of the existence of the company.

Utilizando como instrumentos de recolección de información, una entrevista dirigida a la propietaria, con el fin de obtener información de fuentes confiables, así mismo, una encuesta dirigida a los colaboradores de la misma, con el desarrollo de la perspectiva bibliográfica que está basada en documentación académica.
