Paciente masculino de 3 años de edad con bronquiolitis

In the present study BRONCHIOLITIS is approached in a 3-year-old male patient who attended the emergency area of the health center taken by his mother because of a clinical picture of fever, respiratory distress, and dry cough. The objective of this study was to determine an adequate and effective therapeutic management for BRONCHIOLITIS that the patient presented, after having obtained a certain diagnosis by the different tests that were performed. The follow-up and effective treatment carried out in this case study, due to the existence of the main risk factors that were exposed, a favorable outcome was obtained in the patient, oxygen therapy being the main therapeutic treatment that was indicated in the patient, accompanied by the administration of Inhalation therapy.
