The present case study has the feasibility to inquire about the mental health of the patient based on family conflicts, which have been the main cause for the suffering of the elderly with Generalized Anxiety Disorder, it is worth mentioning that the patient's manifestations have been fragile crying , disappointment, frustration, lack of energy, called anhedonia, loss of appetite, tachycardia, tiredness or exhaustion, as well as gastrointestinal problems among other manifestations that have been manifested, on the other hand its sequels in the elderly are changes in their thinking in a way negative, imbalance of their emotions, and therefore an inappropriate behavior, that is why important tools and techniques were used for their respective psychological support, such as the initial interview, clinical history, psychometric tests and clinical observation guide that he provided us in his due time for the exact and truthful collection of the patient, with the final ity of the therapeutic scheme for the benefit and for a better quality of life of the elderly.
