Next, I will present in the academic work of this clinical case before this infection a correct process of nursing care in a 60-year-old male patient with SARS CoV 2. |

Es un nuevo tipo de coronavirus que puede afectar a las personas infectando las vías respiratorias superiores e inferiores y se ha detectado por primera vez en diciembre de 2019 en la ciudad de Wuhan, provincia de Hubei, en China. Todavía hay muchas cuestiones que se desconocen en relación a la enfermedad que produce el COVID-19. Entre las complicaciones graves se cuentan, además de la enfermedad respiratoria que puede derivar en una insuficiencia respiratoria, como está miocarditis, trastornos de la coagulación que incluyen tromboembolia pulmonar.
