Agregar Etiqueta | Sumario: | The objective of this study is to analyze the administrative management processes that influence the San Juan Rural Parochial Decentralized Autonomous Government, period 2023, knowing that it is directly related to the administrative process, that is; with planning, organization, direction and control. The study has allowed us to determine how citizens value the administration, with an important part of the internal clients being the ones who rate the GAD's management to satisfy their needs as a community. The descriptive approach is used as a methodology for collecting information, surveys will be used as a research technique and a questionnaire will be implemented as a research instrument, in order to obtain the data to carry out the appropriate analysis, the necessary information was obtained. |
