The study has allowed us to determine how citizens value the administration, with an important part of the internal clients being the ones who rate the GAD's management to satisfy their needs as a community. The descriptive approach is used as a methodology for collecting information, surveys will be used as a research technique and a questionnaire will be implemented as a research instrument, in order to obtain the data to carry out the appropriate analysis, the necessary information was obtained. |

El estudio nos ha permitido determinar como la ciudadanía valora la administración, siendo parte importante de los clientes internos quienes son los que califican la gestión del GAD para satisfacer sus necesidades como comunidad.
