Between the definitive diagnosis and the nursing care plan with the help of Marjory Gordon's theory, it was possible to achieve the objectives proposed from the beginning, which were to stop the patient's pain, help to understand that after surgery and his recovery he will be able to carry out your life with great normality, help you have peace of mind throughout the admission process, surgery and after the same to the patient and their families.El presente caso clínico se realiza a paciente de 42 años de edad en el Hospital Básico San Miguel, paciente es ingresada a la casa de salud en compañía de familiar con signos vitales normales, facies pálidas, mucosas orales hidratadas, abdomen suave, depresible y doloroso a la palpación, se le realiza exámenes de Bioquímica Sanguínea, Electrolitos, Hematología, Hemograma y de imagen (ecografía abdominal), se realiza la valoración de enfermería; posterior a cada uno de procesos de valoración y realización de exámenes complementarios se dio un diagnóstico de Colecistitis crónica, a continuación se realizan las indicaciones médicas como el proceso de atención de enfermería y se puso en práctica la teoría de Marjory Gordon.
