Un sistema de información contable funciona de manera eficiente, si existen normas, controles y procedimientos, que permitan que el personal realice todas sus labores teniendo en cuenta siempre los objetivos y sus propósitos, ejecutando de la mejor forma sus actividades para que se genere información confiable. Este estudio está enfocado en el análisis del proceso contable de la Hacienda Mercedes Belén, para verificar si existe un adecuado proceso contable y determinar qué factores de riesgos pueden afectar directa o indirectamente en la actividad económica de la entidad.
