Итог:In the last decade tourism has become one of the important economic bases of the countries since it contributes directly to the development of the national economy, it can be evidenced the growth of the interest of the social, economic and environmental aspects in the inhabitants, becoming an alternative income, which in turn benefits the use of natural and cultural resources in the territories in a sustainable way. Gastronomic tourism as a new trend in the use of resources, encourages them to be managed consciously so as not to harm future generations, creating new production alternatives through clean and transformative mechanisms, recognizing each of the rights, principles and priorities that define the existence and permanence of the elements of nature and the cultural expressions of each of the peoples. One of the main tourist attractions of any country or region for which they are partly known is the gastronomic universe that they can offer through different options in the preparation of typical dishes originating or adapted to the area where they are presented. Part of the development of tourism is due in large part to its gastronomy which stands out above others. Windows has a diversity of traditional dishes that fit the most demanding palates when consumed.
