Özet:This Thesis has been performed as Research Report presented as a prerequisite to obtain the title of Master of Health Services Management, this study was conducted at the Enrique C. Sotomayor Hospital to pregnant adolescents. Involvement of the sexual and reproductive health of adolescent varies according to their age and socio-economic, and cultural rights, due to the irregularity of attendance at prenatal care, and lack of interest shown workshops counseling and treatment pregnancy. After applying the methodology of research with its non-experimental design techniques and tools, we conclude: Design a model program semester evaluation with advice and guidance professionals attending the program "Comprehensive Care with a focus on risk in maternal and neonatal morbidity and mortality and educating users, integrating the multidisciplinary team, the involvement of a psychologist and nutritionist, added to this the psycho pregnancy and childbirth either individually or in pairs. The purpose of this research work is to contribute to the process that determines the efficiency, effectiveness and impact of the program in relation to its objectives, in order to improve the development of actions that will contribute to the planning, scheduling, decision making and participation of adolescents. The results of this study provide a valuable contribution to the social, to patients, their partners and families.
