The results of the investigation show the variations that the income and expense accounts have had, knowing the allocations that make it up, the percentage of execution and its distribution in the periods.Este estudio se denomina “Presupuesto de las Cuentas Ingresos y Gastos del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Provincial de Los Ríos período 2019-2020” con el objetivo de analizar el Presupuesto de ejecución del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado de la Provincia de los Ríos entre los períodos del 2019 hasta el 2020, ubicada en la ciudad de Babahoyo además, se relaciona con la línea de investigación Gestión financiera, administrativa, tributaria, auditoría, control y su sub línea Gestión financiera, tributaria y compromiso social; por otro lado, se usa los métodos de investigación cuantitativa - cualitativo y la herramienta escogida que permitió la recolección de datos relacionados con este trabajo es el cuestionario de investigación que se aplicará a la contadora del Gad provincial. Por eso en el presente estudio tiene como propósito contestar la interrogante “¿Cómo se conforma el presupuesto del GADPRL durante los períodos 2019-2020?”.
