Teaching-learning process through virtual classes, from in this way, quality education is provided.El propósito del presente estudio de caso o documento probatorio del examen complexivo es investigar la "Influencia de las clases virtuales en el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes de la Unidad Educativa Celeste Carlier Fuentes de San Camilo, año 2021”, para la estructuración y desarrollo la investigación implica el uso de diferentes medios, métodos, y técnicas de estudio, esto permitió recopilar información con la finalidad de llegar al origen del problema. Por lo tanto, las variables propuestas en base a los hallazgos encontrados en cuanto al bajo rendimiento por el uso de la virtualidad pueden brindar el sustento necesario para plantear posibles soluciones a la problemática de investigación. Para ello se utilizó el método cuantitativo y cualitativo, teniendo en cuenta además técnicas bibliográficas que permitió recabar información documental o teórica y de campo mediante la aplicación de una encueta como plataforma fundamental para la obtención de información desde la fuente misma, que en el caso de la presente investigación son los docentes y estudiantes de la Unidad Educativa Celeste Carlier Fuentes.
