Aggiungi Tag | Riassunto: | The case study aims to answer the question: What is the volume of visitors to the Mayae Club Tourist Complex? Its main objective is to determine and analyze the number of visitors attending on weekends, as well as recommend visitor management strategies. It was done through descriptive research using, Observation technique, as an instrument (file) where data of square meters of each area of the tourist complex was collected, sampling for convenience from which the amount of approximately 300 visitors was obtained every weekend. The volume study was carried out through the load capacity formula (Cifuentes) to determine the influx you have in terms of, hours, maximum time, Set time. Through the results obtained, the load capacity that the Mayae Club Tourist Complex must have is 128.24 visitors. With respect to the management of visitor management through the results of the first two objectives, it was found and recommended to keep a record, control of how many people enter to be able to measure and provide a better service according to the properties of the company and understand the needs of the consumer are satisfactory to make them revisit the tourist complex. |
