This work seeks to be an important source of learning in relation to a pathology that occurs above all in critical areas of health. |

This work seeks to be an important source of learning in relation to a pathology that occurs above all in critical areas of health.El trabajo presentado se trata de la elaboración de un caso clínico de una paciente joven, femenina, con pancreatitis aguda de origen biliar, que se presenta en su estado severo, con deterioro de su estado hemodinámico general. El objetivo principal de este trabajo es la aplicación del proceso de atención de enfermería, y ejecución de intervenciones acorde a los diagnósticos establecidos. El trabajo se desarrolla en base al seguimiento de la historia clínica desde la cual se extrae la información, además de la revisión bibliográfica para la elaboración del marco teórico. Los resultados obtenidos fueron: se aplica el proceso de atención de enfermería y las intervenciones que determinan la gravedad del caso clínico; se establecen los diagnósticos de enfermería y se analizan los resultados obtenidos posterior a las intervenciones.
