For this reason, the case study was taken as an object in order to observe the flaws when recognizing the costs that the company has been incurring, this is in order to provide information that allows decisions to be made and at the same time minimize costs and maximize the benefits. Its main objective is to carry out a technical study to determine the requirements necessary for the construction, taking the costs as a base of reliable information during the construction time. The case is made in the construction company WPSA will be carried by the qualitative methodology that allows the collection of information and data directly of the object, this will be carried out with the workers who directly or indirectly influence the realization of the construction as well as the direct and indirect materials of the work |

María Fernanda Pazmiño Santamaría. Por tal motivo se tomó como objeto el caso de estudio con la finalidad de observar las falencias al momento de reconocer los costos que la empresa ha estado incurriendo, esto es con el fin de brindar una información que permita tomar decisiones y a su vez minimizar los costos y maximizar los beneficios. Su objetivo principal es realizar un estudio técnico para determinar los requerimientos necesarios para la construcción teniendo los costos como base de información confiable durante el tiempo de construcción.
