Swtelecom a pesar de ser una empresa que esta en un mercado de constante innovación debido a los avances tecnológicos se ha presentado varios inconvenientes en los registros de las cuentas de ingresos y gastos, el cual se muestra medianamente y esto afecta por la falta de personal capacitado y un control impreciso sobre la realidad de las cuentas.
