| Тойм: | This research was conducted with a quantitative methodology that will allow observing what happens in the Gastroenterology Clinic (CTG) in the city of Babahoyo period 2021, based on specific reference theories. The aim is to answer research questions such as: What is the customer's perception of the services and products offered by the CTG company? How does customer satisfaction affect the sales of the CTG company? The type of descriptive research was applied in order to obtain the necessary information, the methods used were deductive and documentary, the former allowing us to go from the general to the specific information and the latter allowing us to obtain information from books, magazines, web pages, etc. The technique used was the survey with which precise information was obtained to reach the conclusions of the case, for this purpose a structured questionnaire was developed and applied to 63 people randomly from a population that is a client of the Gastroenterology Clinic (CTG) in the city of Babahoyo. The line of research used was financial, administrative, tax, audit and control management and the subline was marketing and commercialization, which belongs to the commerce career. |
