The present case study was carried out at the Basic Hospital of Playas in a 14-year-old adolescent with a diagnosis of acute pyelonephritis, through the information collected through the patient's anamnesis, the nursing care process was applied, in its different stages: assessment, diagnosis, planning, execution and evaluation. The patient was followed up for five days after the evaluation and control from the beginning of the antibiotic treatment, where the nursing care plan and interventions that favored the prompt recovery of the patient were applied. |
